On 4 October, Dhammajarinee was delighted to welcome nine
members of the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham), including Vice President Joana Button. AustCham, established in 1977, is one of the most active and diverse foreign chambers in Thailand. In addition to promoting business relations between Australia and Thailand, they contribute to a range of social and charitable programs in Thailand.
During their visit to DWS, AustCham enjoyed lunch with the school Director, a tour of the school—including seeing the makerspace with the students’s 3D-printed model of the campus, robotics, and laser cutter art—and vocational classes of traditional Thai sweet-making and fruit carving.
It was a joy to host the group and we look forward to collaborating on future projects. We thank Joana Button for organizing this trip and everyone at AustCham for visiting.
