Education and Community Leaders Support Royal Scholar in Ratchaburi

On March 19, Dr. Passakchai welcomed Second Lieutenant Somchai Ngamsuksawat, Ratchaburi’s Provincial Education Officer, along with officials from the Royal Scholarship Monitoring Committee, the Red Cross, and the Interior Ministry Housewives Association. They visited to follow up on Arthittaya Kaewyoo, a Grade 10 student who has received a Royal Scholarship from His Majesty King Rama X since elementary school. She will continue receiving support until she completes grade 12. Chosen for her academic excellence, exemplary conduct, and perseverance despite family hardships, Arthittaya’s dedication reflects the profound impact of the Royal Scholarship in empowering deserving students.
